Event Manager for the 12th - 15th annual Winter Fest, a 600-person celebrity ski weekend hospitality program, which brings in over $2 million dollars to support the mission of keeping kids "safe, on track and in school." 

Event Manager for the 6th - 9th annual Pasta Bowl, a 900-person fundraising dinner featuring all of the 49ers players, coaches and executives.

2019 - Current - As team travel catering coordinator, work closely with team nutritionist to plan and execute all meals for the Oakland Athletics on the road.

Contracted with the San Jose Sports Authority to oversee logistical management, marketing and tickets sales of the FIVB World League Volleyball, USA vs. China matches in 2009.

Contracted through Strategy Plus, responsible for pre-planning and onsite management of 250 VIPs at the 2009 Special Olympics International World Winter Games in Idaho.

As an Events Associate for Sports Illustrated, produced the sponsor and celebrity-filled 2007 Club SI Swimsuit Issue Launch Party where the issue was revealed in LA the night before it hit newsstands.

Contracted through SportsMark, managed staffing for Coca-Cola's 1,500 guest hospitality program. This included hiring, training, retention and scheduling 150 Chinese Nationals. Also assisted with developing the staff training program for SportsMark Olympic operations.

Contracted through GMR as VIP Manager for the CBS Hospitality Program, tasked with assisting c-level executives and celebrities with special requests during their participation in the program.

Also worked as a volunteer screener for the Super Bowl 50 Host Committee, helping to put together the team of 10,000+ local volunteers who were the face of the Bay Area during Super Bowl 50 week.
